No A/C, but that was expected, had fan. Location is excellent, outside riverside bar is convenient, room was very large which we liked.

The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and the breakfasts excellent. The property has aged since I was last there - but that was over 30 years ago! Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The property itself was very cozy & authentic. Nestled in the hills with beautiful views. The hosts of the pub were amazing & very friendly. Great food & drinks, a great play garden with lots of equipment. Perfect for couples & family.

The West Bay Hotel is a gem! Loved our stay here. The room was so nice and comfortable. Full English breakfast in the morning was amazing. Carly was a superstar- so helpful and friendly.

We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even arranged to have housekeeping launder a few shirts for...

Great location in the heart of the town. Parking in the Royal Lions own car park can be a little tight but a space was always available. Our room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was good, plant based options on offer. Staff were helpful and friendly. At times it seemed like the hotel were short of personnel. Overall a great stay would definitely return.

Beautiful seaside inn, lovely room with wonderful view. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice amenities. Excellent breakfast!!

A very nice small hotel full of character and in a beautiful setting and convenient to lyme regis. See and countryside views from the room. Lovely gardens. Friendly owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had eventing we needed... the owners checked in with us at breakfast each morning. The 3 course table service breakfast was selectable from a menu. Classy but not pretentious.

Toured England by car, staying at 8 locations, mostly B&Bs and pubs. The King Arms positioned us nicely between Portsmouth and Bath in a quiet hamlet outside of the Weymouth center. The room was very comfortable for three adults and could easily serve a family of four. We found the three entrees we ordered for dinner to be excellent and the next morning's breakfast only added to our satisfaction.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, good breakfast, friendly host. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Jurassic coast or if visiting Somerset only would criticise the pink toilet paper in the white bathroom .The beds are also too comfy I overslept one morning
