"upon arrival we realised the property wasn't what we'd booked. our booking was two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this only had one of each - there were four of us, ready to make food and settle in for a quiet night ahead of competing in our sport the next day. the owner wouldn't answer his phone and was unhelpful. whilst the property was clean, it was freezing and not ready for people staying there - the ned was made up but there were no towels in the bathroom and the kitchen was brand new and...

"We stayed here for a 3rd time as our experiences in the past have been excellent. The room is a great layout and the beds are so comfortable, we slept so well. Despite being in the heart of the city centre with really busy nightlife going on outside the soundproofing blocks all of the noise out. The location is very central, so for us that meant we had a great choice of pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes in all directions. Breakfast was excellent too, great choice of hot and cold foods."
