"Worst place to stay terrible everything. "

"The resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It had it all including a beach, two large warm pools, gym, game room and a dining option. It was also next to a Tortugero. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing that was acknowledged, addressed but never fixed (master bathroom shower only had hot water). Also it would have been nice to have had an iron and usable cooking pans (not oxidized) in the room. These were all minor issues and I would still highly...

"Francisco & Betzey were wonderful hosts. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It’s very clean and comfortable. The views are amazing, with a wraparound balcony. The Icon has other amenities & very nice staff and residents. It’s centrally located to shopping & restaurants. Also, very easy to catch a taxi or uber. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this unit!"

"Very Nice accommodations. Very very noisy street traffic/poor location. Door lock codes were wrong when arriving and room lock code was changed before we left and could not get back in to pack and check out."
