Imóvel aconchegante, boa localização( próximo a praia, comércio e banco). Bem conservados a mobília, sinal wi-fi muito bom. A única pendência foi garagem pra veículo. Demais tudo ok.

Quero agradecer a proprietária Rosangela e sua secretaria Marisa pelo excelente atendimento e recepção. Apartamento com total infraestrutura, possui wi-fi e netflix e o melhor perto de tudo!!! Padaria, supermercado, hortifrúti, farmácia, restaurantes, da praia da dunas e do forte. Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé!!! Não tenho dúvida que voltarei em breve e que vou indicar os imóveis da Rosangela para todos os meus amigos e familiares. Muito obrigada por proporcionar uma estadia tranquila e aconchegante para minha família. Até Breve!!!

Estive hospedada do dia 24/01 a 29/01 e fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Marisa uma pessoa encantadora ,o apartamento foi exatamente como o combinado com a Carolina que não tive a oportunidade de conhece_la pessoalmente mas se mostrou uma excelente pessoa de muito bom caráter , recomendo esse apto para quem procura um lugar simples e aconchegante com toda estrutura necessária para uma estadia tranquila.

Amei! Apartamento impecável!

Fui no final do ano com meu namorado para o ap e com certeza ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com a credibilidade da Carolina, pois o apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos... Muito organizado, limpo e aconchegante. De fato sentimos falta do ar condicionado nos dias mais quentes rs. Mas nada como um passeio para refrescar, afinal o ap fica bem próximo do centro e da praia. Enfim... amamos tudo, inclusive a recepção da Mariza que nos atendeu muito bem! Mais uma vez, obrigada pela atenção, Carolina. Espero voltar mais vezes rsrsrs.

Tudo perfeito!

Me hospedei no período de 12/11 a 15/11 e amei tudo! Localização ótima, duas quadras da praia, atrás do supermercado Extra e da avenida que tem vários comércios. A casa é super arejada e exatamente como está nas fotos, tudo novinho e de ótima qualidade! O único contra é que não tem garagem, porém, a rua é super tranquila e da pra estacionar bem na porta. Inclusive da janela do quarto vemos a rua. Carolina, dona do imóvel, foi super atenciosa e prestativa, a moça que nos recebe, Marisa, tem uma educação e uma hospitalidade que é difícil de se encontrar hoje em dia. Enfim, com certeza voltarei a Cabo Frio e espero sempre poder me hospedar no apto da Carolina.
