"We booked this hotel on a half board basis. When we sat down to dinner the waiter said we could not have half board. He was incredibly rude and it was embarrassing. Finally, after checking our booking he relented and said we could choose one course only from the menu. Do not book this hotel, the customer service was unforgivable."

"The setting is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic restaurant serving delicious dinner and breakfast. The pool area is beautiful as well, and you can conveniently order drinks from the restaurant while relaxing by the water. However, a few details fell short. The bed pillows were uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep, upgrading them would truly put the cherry on the cake. "I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in."
