"The Pacific staff who greeted us were friendly, professional and made sure our check in was smooth. One of our party was mobility impaired and the staff went out of their way to assist. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city, restaurants and the waterfront. The room was really comfortable, very clean & we will be back. "

The rooms are are very clean, but note they are not large; little to no space for storing clothes, we left ours in suitcases on the floor. There is a kettle, tea and instant coffee which is nice, as well as mugs and wine glasses and a fridge. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Abbott Boutique Hotel. The hotel is so quiet. The room was very clean, the Lounge has a complimentary coffee, the laundry facilities are great with the washing machine pre-loaded with the washing detergent. I loved everything about this hotel. It was a home away from home for me. Antonio the Hotel Manager is so helpful, and he really makes guests feel at home. For me, I will always stay at this hotel whenever I go to Cairns. In fact, I have already booked The Abbott Boutique Hotel for my upcoming trip to Cairns again later this year. Thanks so much Antonio for your great hospitality. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the swimming pool is lovely, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. One thing I’m unsure about is the nightly rate—since I booked the stay as part of a package through Expedia, I’m not clear on how much it cost per night (for three people). I was thinking maybe I might should have a look at the rate of the hotel too."
