"The grounds were exquisite and the pool area was a paradise. Overlooking an olive grove, with beautiful day beds. This is a place for folks who want to relax quietly and read. The dinner was so-so. I recommend exploring the area for dinner. A car is needed!"

The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient.

"We enjoyed our stay at Felicita's villa. The location is quiet, around 10-15 minutes' walk from two lovely beaches, and some nice restaurants.The kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue worked brilliantly and we enjoyed some lovely meals together outside.The pool is fantastic and a good size for our family with small children.Felicita was very quick to respond to any questions via text which was very much appreciated.We would certainly recommend this villa for families looking to spend lots of time in the pool and at the beaches."

"We had a lovely five-night stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others.The property was as described in the listing and clean upon our arrival.It's in a wonderfully quiet location, which was perfect for us, and very close to gorgeous beaches like Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila. A tip for future guests: visit Cala Varques before 9 am for a truly magical, quiet experience!The hosts were fantastic communicators—prompt and clear. The instructions for our out-of-hours check-in/out were perfect and we had no issues at all with the process.The air conditioning was very efficient during the hot days, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was an absolute highlight—amazing, clean, and wonderfully warm.Small Note; After a late arrival on a very warm evening, we were hoping for an immediate cold drink but found that none had been left chilled for us (instead left on the table). Welcome essentials we've experienced elsewhere (like a box of coffee pods and milk for the first morning, and a starter set of shower supplies) weren't provided. This meant we had to pop into Porto Cristo the next morning to pick up a few things to get us started.Despite this minor note, we had a fantastic time. The property's strengths far outweigh this small suggestion. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and are confident it could be an absolute gem with just a few thoughtful and personal touches for future guests. Thank you for a great stay. "The villa is wonderful, perfect for our family. Large bedrooms, great living areas and we enjoyed the outside space by the pool. The pool is a great size. It has two additional balcony areas which are beautiful but there are no chairs or loungers up there - so they are a bit wasted.I really feel the villa would have benefited from a information pack - we had some questions during our stay and while the management company were quick to reply, we felt that it would have been good to have some inside information especially on arrival - restaurant guides, best local supermarket etc. During our stay we really struggled to book a taxi to take us out for an evening meal. We walked to the beach most days and it's a great spot with lively beach bars and great rock jumping and swimming. We also enjoyed a local kayaking adventure to the sea caves. My husband enjoyed using the outside cooking facilities. We did feel the kitchen was lacking in some equipment perhaps just a few more pans and sharp knives would be helpful. All in all a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed exploring the area and all the local beaches are stunning."

"We chose the property having visited Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila before, our favourite part of the Island. The house is in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beaches.The house is large, well equipped and comfortable. The photos don’t show the bedrooms very well. One king room is large with a dressing area, there is another king room and a room with a large bunk bed. Our group all slept very well. There are no curtains so it is light early on but we all had eye masks so no issue for us.The pool area is relaxing and there is an engaging view from the upstairs balcony. It was very hot outside but the air conditioning inside is effective.The communication with Petra and the people supporting the house was faultless."
