Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Close to beach but not beach front. About 5 minute walk to umbrella/chair rental. Close to places to eat. About 5 minutes to beach bar and restaurants. Must pay to park $35 a night. Has golf cart to take you anywhere within half mile.

This hotel is the best of the best for your family really close to the beach

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

Our stay was fantastic. Only negative would be all of the resort and parking fees. I would honestly rather have them included in the room. We are paying a higher rate to stay at a great hotel and all of the added fees are crazy.

We loved the location, the beach it’s perfect for families with kids, they have a good dinner option at the terrace Evy’s food was good. It’s a minute walk to rent jet skis, banana boat ride, paddle boards and kayaks. Across the street the gelato is delicious and the mini golf fun. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathrooms are spacious with separate doors for shower/toilet and sink. The staff are amazing! Loved all the front desk staff. Parking was great. Check in was easy. Short walk across the street to beach. Love the roof bar. Some walkable restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable.

We lived the room, the breakfast, the pool, the security of the hotel, and the hot water! We did not like the super expensive daily parking fee. It was outrageous!

The hotel staff was very nice and could answer any question about places near the area. Walgreens is right next door which was nice.

Very clean property. Nice pool area. However, it was disappointing that you had to pay for chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach behind the hotel.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The friendless and willingness of the staff alone makes this establishment a win. Ontop of that. You have the Taco Bus connected to the hotel. Parlor Doughnuts next door and a Ice cream shop kiddie corner. Room was spotless. Constant hot water. Shower was roomy and spotless. Balcony was priceless. Trust me,get the ocean view. Endless beaches a short walk away I parked and didn't drive again for 3 days Looking forward to returning
