"Cannot find fault with anything with our stay here. Location is perfect, you wouldn’t need a car as you can walk to restaurants, and to the supermarket (across the footbridge). There is direct beach access through a gate at the pool area - so very easy to have a quick swim then back to the sun loungers in the complex garden. The complex itself is immaculately kept and security excellent - key fob to get in and out. And the apartment itself - fabulous. Finishes are a high standard, everything...

"Another lovely stay at the apartment. Location is fantastic and minutes walk to bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. 7 mins walk to the beach and bus stop to marbella or fuengirola. The apartment is spacious and a home from home in a well maintained residential building. Sun on the balcony in the mornings & lots of home comforts. We hope to return again soon. Fiona and Sue were wonderful. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay - have stayed before at McDonald Villacana resort, but needed to be a little closer to Calahonda this time. The apartment we had was on the first floor with a sea view from the balcony. The apartment was larger than expected and had a large balcony too (big enough for a table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers without being cramped). An added bonus was the washing machine in the apartment. Food in the restaurant was great - wouldn't hesitate to use again or to recommend."

The best hotel on the edge of Fuengirola.
"IPV Hotel and Spa excellently located hotel on the outskirts of Fuengirola. All staff friendly and courteous, waiting staff worked long hours throughout day and evening, it did feel at times there needed to be more staff on duty especially at the Lobby bar in the evenings. Breakfasts very good with plenty of choice, we chose to eat mainly in the tapas bar of an evening as we enjoyed smaller plate style food. Juliana was always about and stood out for us as friendly and efficient. Only things that need updating/replacing are the sun loungers not great at all in such lovely surroundings. Rooms clean and tidy with comfortable beds and great views."
