"The house is in the vicinity of major Tuskan sites like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. And the Versilia beaches are only a short drive of 40 minutes away. All the rooms have AC, which was very welcome in the July heat. The Pool is quite big, well maintained and dogfriendly. The plot is really very large, gated and fully fenced: very practical as we had two small dogs with us. "Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "
