Guests will have access to the entire home (upper unit), please make yourself at home.

We have a double car garage available as an add on to your stay. There is also free street parking surrounding the home.

Mountain and street bikes are available to rent while you stay with us! just let us know in advance.

Uber is available in the city.

Throughout the warmer months, there are e-scooters available around the town.

Beautiful walking/bike paths are all around.

Please request air mattress 24 hours in advance and our cleaners will ensure one is set up for your arrival.

Please treat the space with respect and be noise-conscious of the neighbours. If anything arises, please reach out and we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Events are not allowed. Be sure that the door is closed and locked when you leave. Any events/parties will lead to immediate eviction.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests all the space and privacy they need.
At the same time being on call for any and all questions or requests by text, phone, or email. Many of our guests prefer our self-check-in feature with a personal code provided for your stay. Hosts will be available to contact through Airbnb at any point during your stay.

Short term rental

We had a house fire and needed a place to stay during the repair process. The unit is on a quiet street blocks away from shops of Marda Loop. We enjoyed our home away from home.

“Smoke-free property” - a false advertisement!

What was supposed to be a five night stay ended up as a two night stay, and the second night was filled with smoke and no sleep. In the basement suite below our unit the occupants stayed up all night and smoked the entire time. By the morning our unit was filled with “volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide” as per the thermostat and wreaked of disgusting smoke. Not only did we have to leave due to my husbands asthma but neither me nor my daughter could endure another night in that environment. We contacted the owners/hosts many times to then finally get a delayed response and one which offered to get rid of the “smell” of smoke or to try and cancel on our end and find new renters for the next three days of our stay. We left, were given no refund and were made to feel like we were the problem, (even after contacting VRBO).
