"The whole place is pretty clean. Staff is always willing to help with any need, they are very kind. Food is delicious. This place feels like home. I will return to this hotel with no doubt, It is a beautiful ancient building that looks like a castle. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. "We stayed in room 1 which was spacious, clean, excellent AC and a very good tv with Netflix. The shower was hot with great water pressure and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and good lighting options. Janet was incredibly helpful, she provided an ice compress for some bad insect bites I picked up in Cartagena and was on hand with ice bucket and extra bin bags when we decided to order in pizza.
