"We've stayed at Best Western Stevenson's Manor several times always great. But the steam sauna and dry sauna could use an update. If you want to use them you need to turn the steam sauna on 15 to 20 mins before you want to use it and the dry sauna can take up to 30 min. Something we didn't know. and a shout out to Robert front desk we had a small issue that he addressed immediately to our satisfaction. Thank you Robert"
