Amazing boutique hotel with an incredible staff. From the moment I walked in everyone of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important person there. The room was fantastic and wandering the halls to see the grand library, with books that are 100s of year old, and the first floor dining room which looked like it was set up for an event were beautiful rooms that I was not expecting to see in such s hotel. Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. The hotel was attractive in its design and the entire staff was more than friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as beautifully designed . The property is very charming, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering being located in a busy area. The room and bathroom are more spacious than they appear in the online pictures and very cozy. Snacks,water, and tea/coffee in the room were a nice touch. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay easy and hassle free. Lastly the staff is great and good in the downstair bar is delicious.

A wonderful stay at The Rosewood. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the bar because it was closed for a private event for most of our stay.

Hotel is conveniently located for both walking + travel via underground. It’s clean, modern, and comfortable. Windows open to allow for fresh cool air. Light switches in room are plentiful + all digital: it took quite a while to figure out what button affects what, and in process I apparently pressed a request not to have the room serviced. New guests could use some kind of instruction guide.

Our first trip to London and would stay here again for sure!

This is my favorite place to stay in London. It’s easy to get to and there are so many great different areas surrounding it. So you can get to everything. The staff is phenomenal and even though the rooms are a little small, they’re still quite comfortable. The only thing is the bed is a little soft but that’s barely a criticism.

The hotel is amazing! Definitely hits all of the 5-Star high points. If you like SoHo, this is the spot. It's so easy to get around and you can catch a cab anywhere.

Easy self check-in. Clean environment, amazing stay.

So close to the station and any food places, well equipped, very clean and best of all it has a mini kitchen with its own filtered drinking water. Love this hotel!!

Excellent service. Air conditioning wasn't working great and room was a bit warm. Staff did provide a fan as requested.
