"Great location, large rooms for London "

"While the location was my primary reason for booking this hotel, the staff would be my reason to return. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay after the Hot Wheels show. We arrived early, left our bags, went out for lunch, came back for a swim, had a drink (hot chocolate) in the bar on the 9th floor, before heading (literally across the road) to wembley arena for the show. "This hotel is dated but the staff and proximity to London’s theatre district more than made up for its lack of modernization. This is a grand old broad with new outfits - including a not so finished fitness center, pop up restaurant and lovely bar. "

"The staff is professional, courteous, warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff did a horrible job overall (they do not vacuum the rug under the table, they did not clean the bathroom properly, nor did they make the beds properly. Also, the sheets had clear visible signs of being unclean and they did not change the sheets. I believe that it's certain days that they change the sheets. Yuck!!!
