"The host did not give us the key pickup location and I had to call en route to find this out. There were several cleanliness issues which were reported during the stay. The main issue was that the boiler is situated in the top/fourth bedroom and whenever anyone in the flat uses hot water, it fires up, making it impossible to sleep. I would consider this property a 3 bedroom not 4."

"Good property with a 5-10 minute walk to the King's Cross train/underground. Also, plenty of bar and restaurant options including one right out the door to the right. The beds were good. A good place for my son and I."

"This was a wonderful place to stay for our quick trip to London! The house was charming, beautiful and exceptionally well designed. Everything was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The hosts were gracious and kind. The location was excellent with very short walks to the train station and underground which enabled us to reach anywhere we needed to go. Thank you again! "At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) "

He eventually took a call from me, but hung up & then ignored attempts to communicate. This was really distressing for the family & we eventually had to request a refund & were left homeless for our stay in London from that night. Currently I am having to chase VRBO for the service fees to be refunded (300) as we didn’t even set foot...
