    Awful host

    At checkin the host informed that the property had a problem, only by WhatsApp comms, & offered us another property that was to small (not enough beds) & faraway. He eventually took a call from me, but hung up & then ignored attempts to communicate. This was really distressing for the family & we eventually had to request a refund & were left homeless for our stay in London from that night. Currently I am having to chase VRBO for the service fees to be refunded (300) as we didn’t even set foot in the accommodation, so not right that we get charged! Avoid this host as the inside & outside of the building we were stuck waiting in was rubbish.
