"We had a wonderful week in Cornwall with our daughter, son-in-law and Grandaughter. Seashells did not disappoint with having the added facilities of the Retallack resort to hand. Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. No towels, not even an extra toilet paper in case we ran out. I shouldn't have to ask foe this. But we did. Again, Beautiful place just needs a bit more work on communicating "

"While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! Also it’s extremely difficult to get transportation if you don’t have your own. We didn’t have our own transportation and had immense...

"Lovely and clean caravan in a great location, exactly what we needed. Lots of beaches that are short drives away and one about 20 mins walk. Took two dogs as well. Also had some scones and clotted cream on arrival which was lovely."
