"This is a lovely grand hotel, you really couldn't get a much better location at the foot of Lake Como. Our room looked directly over the lake, access to the shops and multitude of restaurants took only a few minutes. The hotel had lovely period features, dining room was stunning and our room though on the small side was very cosy, the bed exceptionally comfortable and had more than adequate storage. Breakfast was good and the cleaners did a brilliant job. All in all highly recommended."

"Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints. "

One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand.
