"Incredible return visit, and we have already booked next summer’s stay! The property is immaculate and offers wonderful views and proximity to shoreline for swimming. Location is fabulous to enjoy independent boating, hiking trails and sightsee by ferry or car. For Americans like us, it’s a wonderful opportunity to relax and respectfully experience life in an Italian community. We are dog owners with dogs as family members throughout life though we don’t travel overseas with family animals. There are a variety of pets in the neighborhood which are wonderful to see as kids and families enjoy walks. You may expect barking whenever outdoors in evenings enjoying a meal or relaxing, and though pets are not running loose on Gina’s beautiful, five star property, the neighborhood life is vibrant and active for all including pets."

"Lovely spot to vacation! Owners are really nice, location is great with some lovely places to explore and the view... The view is absolutely stunning! Accomodation is nice, authentic and well equipped with a/c in the rooms that matter... Very comfortable stay and absolutely spotless clean. Only point that isn't shared in the description is the entry to the property is shared with a lower unit and feels a little less private than I would have initially liked, however for clarity the privacy concern is an illusion as the units downstairs are occupied by family and for the duration of our stay the doors downstairs remained closed and private (as they apparently always do) so it's really not a concern, just nice to know and I only state it to remove people's doubts on check in... Do not miss out on this home! All in all fabulous stay with fabulous hosts, would not hesitate to stay there again... Thank you thank you Lino and family! "

"The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning"

"Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back. Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. "

"Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!! There was also a pool which was great for relaxing and taking a slow day. A note for those staying, the walk up to the hotel is a pretty brutal uphill climb, so keep that in mind. Even though we broke a sweat everytime we had to get back to our hotel, we would definitely stay here again :) Plus breakfast was included and really lovely to wake up and have delicious food and friendly service! Highly recommend :)"

"This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. The breakfast and food was very generous and lovely. My room was wonderful! On the water with spectacular views. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was perfect!! As I said, this hotel was a beautifully incredible find and it would be a pleasure to recommend it. I rarely write reviews, however, I could not fault anything. I look forward to a return stay."

"We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️ "

"The property was clean and as indicated in pictures. The location is great, with really nice views from the balcony overlooking the lake. It is a spacious apartment. A few things to note: the bedroom are upstairs with low ceilings. We are an exceptionally tall family and had to crouch in areas of all the rooms in order to not hit our heads. Same in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs only have partial handrails. There is a landing upstairs that has no railing and could be dangerous for someone who doesn’t have the best balance. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs as in the pictures. If you were not in the pool there is no where to sit other than the ground.Wifi did not work on our first night. As we arrived out of office hours we had to wait until the next morning to call. Once we did a technician was sent very quickly and resolved the issue for us.Italy and most of Europe was in a heat wave and the unit was super hot when we arrived. As there is no A/C the only option was to open windows. There are no screens so the night would bring bugs attracted the light and then dead bugs in the morning. Honestly we didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were there because of the heat. There were only 3 fans and they did not cool anything down, rather just moved the hot air around us. If you depend on coolness for sleeping conditions I would take notice.The location of this property is absolutely amazing! Close to many places that are attractions. "
