"Large busy hotel with good services! Food is average and with so many people there, the service is not especially accommodating. But, if you are looking for an all around hotel that has just about everything you would need, this is a good spot for a weekend tourist 🙏"

"Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned. "

"This hotel was amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are spotless and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Amazing stuff. Location-wise, you’re fairly close to most spots; the Retiro and Prado are a mere 10 min walk. We will definitely be back here when in Madrid."
