"The cabins are sufficient - old, in need of updating, and smaller rooms, so not a lot of storage space even for a suitcase but functional and what we needed for the trip. It felt overpriced for the place, but next to the other outrageously priced hotels, it's not a bad deal at all. Fire pits outside a nice touch. Crystal, the office staff, was really nice and was eager to assist. I would return again but hope they update it! And add a dry sauna too!"

"Beautiful location! The hot tub overlooking the mountains was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were very kind and friendly. Great stay!"

"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"
