"We loved our stay at Moose Hotel! The staff was fantastic, always offering a pleasant hello and more than willing to help with any questions or needs. We had a very short stay and were only able to use the rooftop hot tub one night. If I’m ever fortunate enough to get back to that beautiful city, I would definitely book at Moose again and utilize their amenities to the fullest! The wood burning fireplace in the lobby was also one of my favorite things - the smell was so inviting and cozy! I agree with one is the employees, they should make a candle of that scent :)"

"The area is beautiful. The resort is great. Loved our vacation. The only thing that caught us by surprise is there is only one place to eat close by the resort. While the food is good, it is quite expensive. For any other eating options you have to go in to the town of Banff."
