"I feel like the pool bars could have been better staffed. All the restaurants were good except Satsu , there was a little confusion over the menu and the reservations. Overall the resort was incredible. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The resort had an odd mildew smell when we first arrived but it went away by day number two! We were graciously greeted with wine at the front desk. It always seemed like the staff were busy and working very hard! The only complaint I have is that I was told I couldn't order anything else to drink when I wasn't even drinking.. So I felt misjudged and then there was a language barrier when trying to figure out the problem. That was uneventful."
