"The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty. For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going? "We very appreciated the villa team from the airport pickup until the last day drop-off to the airport. The villa is beautiful & spacious. The chef & staffs are very friendly. We came across the big thunderstorms & flooding in the areas, so lucky we could pay the chef to buy groceries to cook for us. We also like the free offer for massage service & we all paid extra for add-on hours. Overall, the villa left us a very good memory. "

"The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful."
