This unique apartment villa in Cannes, built in the 70s by a lover of pretty things who knew how to create a haven of peace in the superb park of the Croix des Gardes, a natural bubble 1 kilometer as the crow flies from the famous Croisette. His son continues today to maintain this place to keep its charm of yesteryear while bringing it with taste a touch of contemporary decoration for your stay.

Through a gate overlooking the house you will have access to a small downhill path where 2 parking spaces on your left to park safely will be waiting for you.
Opposite through a small gate you will have access to your holiday resort, a beautiful alley decorated with Mediterranean plants and flowers will lead you to the outdoor covered area with the barbecue and the dining area, overlooking its large swimming pool reserved exclusively for you. On the other side, deckchairs await you to enjoy the sun of the south of France.

At the entrance of your home on the right you will have the kitchen, ideally located between the outdoor dining area as well as the indoor one.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to design all your dishes. An adjoining laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and an American fridge complete this space.

Behind this is the lounge area (sofa, TV), dining room opening onto its large sunny terrace from morning to evening, fitted with a small dining area, a deck chair and a large outdoor sofa for admire the sun setting behind the majestic Estérel massif. Here we are, in the living room, a cathedral roof, an extraordinary fireplace will allow you to take the time to read a little thanks to its library.
