"Hotel is well-located on a quiet-ish road a few minutes walk from Jaco 'downtown'. Room was as described, clean and well-equipped. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options are varied and excellent quality. Same to be said for the dinner menu, which is priced reasonably compared to elsewhere. Plenty of parking available and there's a mini-market next door. Only issue I had was the safe in my room was defective and took a while to fix (although alternative room was offered). Would recommend this hotel given the location and amenities and care and attention that is paid to the upkeep and quality guest service. "

"Great location to visit Monteverde. Bad location for going out to eat. Pictures obviously from long ago. The floors in the room was so loud and creaky, and so was the neighbors. I wouldn't spend more than one night here."

Shirley and Tiffany were the hostess with the best personalities at the premium restaurant. We had the most incredible time and cannot wait until our return."
