"Hotel was good. Expedia, well not so much. Booked stay for Tuesday thru Thursday but then needed to change dates to Monday thru Wednesday. Nope couldn’t do it unless loose my money. Had to book another reservation for Monday only, and eat the Thursday unused room. Sorry Expedia you suck, I don’t care how cheap your rooms are."

"Staff is topnotch! They are so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Hotel is very nice and clean. The outdoor area is a perfect way to unwind after a long roadtrip. We loved it so much we continue to come back whenever possible."

"Clean comfortable room. Good hot breakfast. Pleasant and efficient food service worker. Clean food service area. Nice holiday decorations in the lobby. Excellent front desk service. Located in a nice area for dining and shopping."

"The room is good with a kitchenette and living room. However the service and the breakfast need to be improved."

"Great to place to stay when in Alpharetta. Clean, easy to get to."

"Worst bed ever and the AC worked and the room never got cold. Hair dryer didn’t work (boy was she angry) drains were SLOW but I must say they were all very nice ."

"We specifically chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool. It was freezing and we could not swim in it. That was our only dislike. The rest of the stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, TV nice size, the bathroom was fantastic with all the little extras like hooks to put your towels on, a small shelf in the shower and shelves to place all your toiletries."
