Tiled floors flow throughout an open living space made for socializing. In the sitting area, there’s a plush recliner, a large sectional sofa, and a 56-inch TV with DVD player. An electric fireplace keeps this space feeling cozy on cool winter nights. Chic and spacious, an open kitchen features all-white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator. Chat with the chef at the four-person breakfast bar, or relax in a nearby sitting area with cushioned wicker chairs. When dinner’s ready, gather around an elegant wooden dining table. The house also has an office area with a glass-top desk and printer — ideal if you need a quiet spot to work or catch up on email.

Dock details: Guests may bring their boats, but neither ropes or other equipment are provided. Per Florida law, all vessels must carry one life jacket for each person on board. Swimming is not permitted in the canal.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
