"Staff are excellent from front desk right threw to cleaners,restaurant staff were excellent,room was very clean,shower was brillant mist hotels the pressure is lacking but ours was excellent,every staff member was friendly,helpfull and polite - the facilities were excellent,clean up to date and easy to use(gym area) we really enjoyed our stay "

"Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. "

"Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "
