Hotel administrators or owners need to clarify shuttle service. Availability and use of shuttle for customers to use needs to be better explained. Sometimes shuttle is full for people who don't plan in advance. "

"We stayed in room 703 and it was amazing. Views from the balcony were perfect. Great location - and a short walk to the metro. However the bathroom would not be suitable for any tall person. I an 173cm and any taller would be a slight issue. Staff were also welcoming and pleasant. "
