"Almost all of our group came for Ford Nationals and it was great getting to be at the same hotel! We liked that you cannot see the parking lot from the road (to keep cars safer) and we are planning on booking again next year. Also, the front desk ladies where so nice and helpful "

"Check in clerk was excellent! She handled I sucker situation great! We arrived at 7pm to find our room wasn’t ready yet….BUT…she explained that the staff had a funeral that day. Then offered to make sure it was done in a half hour.. as we were mulling over our options she offered us an upgrade to a room that was ready for no extra charge. Exceptional handling of the matter.. she never gave us a chance to be upset! Great customer service!"
