"It was an amazing room, but unbearably hot, fortunately we asked for a portable fan which was delivered to our room and made it very comfortable then. The indoor pool and spa were unusable due to the unbearable heat in the room and the outdoor pool wasn’t open early or late enough for us to use. Beautiful hotel otherwise. "

"Truro is a lively town with lots to do. Mannings is centrally located with a decent sized, private secure car park. The room was a bit tired to be honest though. Bathroom needs updating and the carpets are old. The bed was a big problem. It was so old the mattress sunk in the middle which meant my feet were the highest point of my body lying down. "This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!"

"We were very dubious due to some bad reviews but we were really happy with our executive barn with hot tub. Really nice accommodation in a great location which was clean and comfortable throughout. We were also lucky enough our hot tub was hot enough to use on the first night. Only downsides were speed bumps are very severe, WiFi was glitchy and could have done with some sharp knives. But they are minor issues for us. Would definitely stay again. "
