"We had the most incredible stay at The Queen's View for so many reasons. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. "We stayed here a few nights to visit Edinburgh in festival month. The owner is very welcoming and friendly; but the standard is disappointing by today's standards. A dog seemed to have stayed in the room before us (she takes pets) which needed more thorough airing and cleaning. The room had a slightly tired feeling. The setting is lovely and it is handy for Edinburgh - 30 mins by car and a good train service from nearby Linlithgow."

"Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. Great Scottish breakfast on request! Nicola is an excellent cook."

"The room was far too hot. There was a dog whining/ whelping through the night. The bathmat slipped from under me when getting out of the bath. There is no reception or phone in the room to request anything. I do not want anyone moving my belongings around when I am out of the room.
