"The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small...

"Pictures dont do this place justice. Everyone was super professional and kind. The beach view room was amazing. There was a family of monkeys hanging out, and an iguana on a limb that was literally the size of a komodo dragon, no joke! Walking distance to many other beachside bars. At night the beach has thousands of hermit crabs so walk light. Will stay here again, no disappointments."

"Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was good. One of the biggest things for us was having good internet and it was very good. We would definitely stay there again."
