Location is excellent in Cita Bassa, with easy access to Cita Alta and Bergamo BGY airport. Check in is smooth and simple. Eliana went above and beyond, even organizing a dental appointment. "It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."
