"Big room, newly renovated building with nice roof terrasse to enjoy breakfast on, great neighborhood. The only problem is the humidity oozing inside from the window and finding the floor wet in the morning. Nice friendly staff who do not bother you"

"Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries. Balneario Punta Salinas Beach is about 5 minutes away which made it very convenient for a pre-dinner refesh after a day of exploring all that Puerto Rico has to offer. We also spent hours there on rest days. The house has camp chairs, coolers, and other beach items which made those hours on the beach more comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seemed on par with other neighborhoods in the area. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance; many have limited parking so walking was the best option. We did not use the outside spaces and the listing pictures are dated, but we were very comfortable."
