"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air con but with it being -9 we didn’t use it. The room was well heated though so didn’t notice the cold. The room we had was a bit small for 4 people but we’ve stayed before and had a very spacious room, just depends what’s available in check in. The location is amazing, 3 min walk and your on Times Square!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 57. The location was perfect, and the value for the price was exceptional. The staff were genuinely delightful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Our room suited our needs perfectly: clean, comfortable, with a great bed, plenty of closet space, and a lovely shower and bath. The overall aesthetic was pleasant, and we had everything we needed (though a mini fridge would have been a nice bonus!). We’d happily stay here again."

"I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected."
