"It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The airport shuttle service is a huge plus, since it saves you from spending too much money on transportation between the airport and the hotel and back. The room is nice and modern. Breakfast was good; it doesn't offer a wide variety, but it's enough to hold you over until your next meal. I will say that the bathroom door didn’t close properly; you have to push it pretty hard to get it shut, and you can hear everything: every door slam, every person talking. So I recommend some good earplugs. For the price, it’s a great deal. I recommend it. "

Ceiling was cracked and leaking sewage water from above in the bathroom , lamps in the room was broken and inoperable, phone in the room was not working and the a/c heater unit would not cut off resulting in prolonged uncomfortable temperatures "
