Place was great, small little town and very friendly people. The manager Todd was very helpful and very nice to deal with. Will definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here! Unfortunately we had a last minute change to our stay but Dana was able to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and we appreciated the tea and coffee service. Super comfortable bed after a long road trip. Very convenient to the Whole Foods and area restaurants. Incredibly quiet room. We needed a place to stay for the night where we could park our truck and RV safely while getting a good night’s rest and a meal. This place checked all of the boxes for us, including accommodations for the smoker so he didn’t have to keep meandering through the halls to get outside to smoke. So rare these days to find a hotel that still has any dedicated smoking rooms! Desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and we found our room easily with her specific instructions. We stayed here for 1 night, after skiing in Kirkwood. Loved the hotel. The rooms are super spacious and eveything was to our liking. Will defn stay here again rather than south lake tahoe while skiing in Kirkwood.

Asked for a handicap room. The room was nice and clean. The walk in shower was nice but needed a removable shower head to reach the shower chair.

The staff were kind, helpful and truly on top of things. I was in the valley the weekend of the Genoa cowboy festival and it was just a hop, skip and a jump down the road. It's close to shops and convenience stores, for those just-in-case items! The best Mexican food place in the town, Francisco's, is less than a mile north along the highway. It was just a lovely time!

The room was very spacious and clean. This hotel was extremely quiet and in a beautiful location. We loved our stay here! I only have one suggestion of hotel staff… please consider putting a large trash can outside in the gazebo area! We among others enjoyed sitting under it to look at the lake and relax, but in the wind lots of things were blowing around loudly that shouldn’t have been there… mainly about 6 old beer cans.if a trash can is there I think this issue would be less likely 🙂...

This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out. Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

I loved that the property was within walking distance to literally everything! We walked to the state line for the events attended. The Inn was clean and didn’t have any strong smells like chemicals cleaners or even an old musty smell. I don’t care where I stay so long as the room and bed I sleep in is clean! Desk is only open from 7am to 9pm. We typically arrive late, so thankfully we got in around 8:30 pm! I get cold seats even now at how close we were to sleeping in our car!
