Step back in time within Cartagena's Walled City, where centuries-old Spanish colonial architecture meets vibrant Caribbean culture. Cobblestone streets wind past colorful facades adorned with cascading bougainvillea. The UNESCO World Heritage site buzzes with life as street musicians play traditional vallenato.

Horse-drawn carriages clip-clop through narrow lanes while rooftop terraces offer spectacular sunset views over the Caribbean Sea.
Getsemani brings Colombia's soul to life through colorful colonial streets where history meets vibrant modern culture. This UNESCO World Heritage district was once home to freed slaves and now buzzes with authentic energy. Street art adorns weathered walls while locals gather nightly at Plaza Trinidad.
This evolving neighborhood balances traditional Caribbean life with trendy hotspots. Boutique hotels occupy restored colonial buildings with charming wooden balconies. Afro-Caribbean rhythms spill from doorways as both travelers and residents enjoy the lively atmosphere just steps from Cartagena's famous walled city.
Boasting the city's most prominent hotels, this upscale area offers shopping at Plaza Bocagrande and Nao Mall, and is close to the popular Ciudad Amurallada. Enjoy various dining options and easy access to the Transcaribe station.
El Laguito wraps around a tranquil lagoon on a peninsula in Cartagena, offering beautiful Caribbean Sea views and pristine beaches. High-rise hotels line the shoreline, creating a resort-like atmosphere perfect for travelers seeking sun and relaxation. Scenic waterfront promenades invite evening strolls as the sunset paints the sky.
The neighborhood buzzes with beachfront activities from morning jogs to water sports rentals. Hotel restaurants serve everything from fresh ceviche to international cuisine. While removed from Cartagena's colonial charm, El Laguito compensates with palm-lined walkways and modern comforts just 15 minutes from the historic center.
Manga Peninsula offers a sophisticated retreat where Cartagena's bay waters lap against a scenic boardwalk. This upscale neighborhood balances peaceful tree-lined streets with prestigious waterfront attractions. Republican-style mansions with ornate balconies create an elegant residential haven just minutes from busier tourist areas.
The prestigious Club Náutico yacht club anchors the waterfront scene with gleaming boats and upscale dining options. Stroll along the Manga Bay Boardwalk for panoramic views and cool evening breezes. The neighborhood's flat terrain makes exploring easy while its residential character ensures tranquil evenings.
This urban shoreline offers a lively blend of beach relaxation and city convenience in Cartagena's Bocagrande district. Enjoy the warm, calm waters while high-rise hotels and local vendors create a vibrant atmosphere.

The Cartagena de Indias Convention Center offers sophisticated waterfront event spaces in the historic heart of the city, with a bay-view restaurant near UNESCO World Heritage streets.
Isla Grande Beach offers a peaceful escape with crystal-clear Caribbean waters and pristine white sands. Enjoy authentic tranquility away from commercialized beaches, but remember amenities are limited.
La Boquilla Beach offers an authentic Afro-Caribbean fishing village atmosphere away from Cartagena's crowds. Enjoy freshly caught seafood at palm-roofed kiosks or explore the mangrove forests.
Colombia's only seaside golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, blends tropical landscapes with Caribbean Sea views. Enjoy the front nine through mangrove wetlands before playing alongside the coastline on the back nine.
Playa Manzanillo offers a tranquil escape from Cartagena with its dark sand shoreline and gentle waves. Local eateries serve authentic coastal cuisine while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere away from crowds.
Wander through the walled Old Town where colonial buildings glow golden at sunset and street performers entertain on every corner. Climb to San Felipe fortress in the morning when local joggers have it mostly to themselves, then cool off with coconut vendors' fresh drinks along Bocagrande Beach.
Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

We could not have been happier with Casa Claver Hotel. The hotel is a small beautiful boutique hotel located in the walled city. The hotel is so pretty. We stayed in a large suite with 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Our room had a washer/dryer and full kitchen (which added to the convenience). We were served a delicious breakfast every morning in our room. The hotel has two pools with one being on the roof. The views from our roof top hotel were incredible and I can not imagine a nicer roof-top pool in...

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and
always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

We stayed in a corner Grand Suite! It was spacious, beautiful, equipped like an apartment, had 2 bathrooms and most of all it had the most amazing views, EVEN FROM THE BATHROOM!!! Even though our suite allowed us access to the club lounge which offered a free drink happy hour, we preferred the ambiance of the pool bar. The location was...

This is actually my second time staying at this hotel. Most times when I travel, I'm usually by myself (and I'm a female), so being in a location that's super safe and that is walkable to restaurants, entertainment, and transportation is super important to me. Also, Townhouse has wonderful food and entertainment options as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers as well as those that are...

Room was nice and comfortable the only thing i didn't like is there is no microwave mini fridge or ice machine. And the last time i stayed here in 2024 i could have as many guest as i wanted 1 at a time of course with no extra charge. This time i had to pay the same amount as the room for one night for a guest. Other than that the place is in the perfect location
