Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. "This is so much better than a hotel. The room is big and airy with a little kitchen so we could make a snack and mugs of tea and coffee. Loved having a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom was immaculate. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. The area is quiet but the city centre is an easy walk so the location is ideal. Breakfast was excellent. "
