"I booked this hotel due to a show at motorpoint Arena Nottingham for location,knowing there is no parking tho not an issue as we used the train station so only a few minutes walk away,no problem for us.Friendly & quick check-in we were on 3rd floor but I did ask for high floor but not an issue,the room was very clean & comfortable,we had breakfast included in our price which was excellent,I simply couldn't fault this hotel & we will be returning in the future,we also ate in the restaurant which was lovely too,all the staff we met were lovely,see you again soon"

"Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"My room was very clean and well-equipped, and also bright and airy. Loved the scenic wallpaper! The shared shower/toilet was very clean (of course this can be a bit of at the mercy of the guests who have used them in the meantime, but I had no trouble!). The shower was good/strong (think you'll need to bring your own shower gel/soap, etc. but handwash is provided) with mat provided. Staff were very welcoming at the desk and explained how things worked. Hostel operates a locked front door policy (ring the bell to enter / use your key), which made it feel secure. Didn't use the communal areas but they looked comfortable and welcoming. Hostel had a calm, chilled-out vibe. Great location too, with the city on the doorstep and transport nearby. Would definitely stay again."

"We love this quirky hotel in Nottingham and its our go to place when visiting the Motorpoint Arena. Last night was disappoint because some moron was playing the same music, loudly, for quite a long time after lights out. So not a great night then to top it us this morning the hospitality tray had not been replenished and there was no milk for my wifes coffee and only one packet of biscuits! We will still look to stay there next time but we are now on the two strikes and out!"
