Villas in Catania

"Excellent stay in this great country house surrounded by citrus trees. The house has two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Views from the large terrace on Mt Etna and on the sea from the front side are priceless. A car is indispensable. Easy to reach by country roads not far from Messina / Catania autostrada. Mario and Angela are wonderful hosts."

"Die Fewo ist stilvoll eingerichtet, es gibt einen tollen Sitzplatz auf der überdachten Terrasse (auch bei Regen sehr schön) - die Nachteile sind: eine unfallgefährliche Wendeltreppe in den Keller (hier fehlt ein Geländer, man kann einfach runterfallen), die Straße ist klein aber der Verkehr teilweise sehr laut, für eine große Gruppe ist die Fewo nach meiner Meinung nicht gut eingerichtet, man konnte nicht richtig spülen, entsprechend war das Geschirr."

"A most interesting historic property that has was previously used for wine manufacture. The conversion to a large and well resourced holiday home has left insights into its past use. We particularly appreciated the space including the many seating areas outdoors and the wonderful pool. "We had a lovely 10 days in your clean, spacious villa. Perfect for a family of two adults and two teenagers looking to relax and explore the beautiful island of Sicily. We loved the 4x4 tour of etna you organised for us and we explored the local towns and villages. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the food good and inexpensive. The Lido, just across the road was very welcoming and a great place to swim though the fantastic villa garden was also well used. Dinner on the roof terrace...

"A very comfortable stay with wonderful pool. However, a few minor niggles. E.g. not enough mugs provided and lack of a instruction manual for the Villa. Also Sun loungers need re tensioning. Other than these we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa"

"We stayed at villa carlino in the “Esclusivo ” apartment for 3 nights . The grounds were beautiful, the bedrooms / bathrooms were comfortable and all was clean . Unfortunately it rained for 2 days while we were there and we couldn’t enjoy the pool . It would have been nice to have an indoor hang out area ( living room ) where all six of us could fit . The location is great for getting to Etna and Taormina ."

"We had a great week! Marinella and Angelo were great hosts and have made this a beautiful space for a family retreat. It was beautiful with the flowers in bloom and the pool was a huge plus for the kids. Close to the highway so you can get to Taormina and Etna quickly, even if the road from the highway to the house is a little loud sometimes. A very beautiful and unique house that makes a memorable trip."

"Our children loved the pool which is deep and set in a small garden with terracotta pots all around it. The area is quiet and close to the airport and was easy to find. There's also plenty of parking close by. Thanks Francesca and Valentino!"

"We enjoyed the stay. The property is on a quiet and private road. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi area outside. The kitchen, barbecue and living room area are great for making and enjoying meals. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The description of the property should say that one of the bathrooms is separate from the house with an outdoor shower by the pool."

"Maria was a wonderful host and her villa was outstanding. Spacious, plush and well facilitated. We were a group of 9 friends who really enjoyed swimmimg in the glorious pool, bbqs, and shopping at the nearby bakery and supermarkets. The views of Mt Etna and the sea are wonderful. Would love to return. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful home externally, and cosmetically on the inside. Few things were left out of property info or just falsely advertised, e.g. “extra twin-bed” (no where to be found, after we paid additional fee for extra person). Despite cleaning fee (and even after we had cleaned up as much as possible), we were asked to thoroughly clean kitchen and take trash out to the street. There was mould present and growing in few corners of the kitchen and living room. And lastly there was someone living in the...

"Abbiamo trovato in Acquachiara la dimora ideale per trascorrere le nostre vacanze: base ideali per escursioni nei magnifici dintorni, ma anche comodissima per scendere rapidamente al mare su una larga spiaggia affacciata su un ampio golfo. Il paese offre buone possibilita' di negozi locali, di supermercati ed anche di ottimi ristoranti. La signora Camilla è stata prodiga di consigli in ogni campo."
