"Not as expected. Booking said we had the entire house we did not. The building is just individual rooms. Kitchen that is available is on top floor and attached to a bedroom so not useful. There was not community area or meeting area for guest. When the bar Nextdoor closes it is definitely heard. Paint was peeling off wall in stairwell and was never swept up. "Alessandro was an excellent host and very communicative. Responses were prompt and helpful. He met us at the house when we arrived, even holding a parking spot for us in the front of the building. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The air conditioner was much appreciated because Sicily was 10 above normal the week we were there. "Very large property, well-located. Property conformed to description on Expedia. The owners were easy to reach and allowed us to check-in earlier. On one day, we lost electricity but the owner was on site in a short time and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!"
