"Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. People meet around the dining table and discuss. (You can stay in your room as well if you wish). In any case, we enjoyed very much that communal spirit. Highly recommend."

"Loud to say the least , street hustlers were aggressive about parking and argued with cars pulling in and out , if you drive I recommend using parking lot a couple of blocks down to avoid harassment , cost me $12 euros ( cash only ) for that ."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the historic Palazzo San Demetrio (hotel location is on second floor) with a balcony overlooking the lively Via Etnea. Our high-ceilinged room was very comfortable, and the reception staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room overlooks the Piazza dei Quattro Canti at the corner of Via Etnea and Via Sangiuliano. The hotel location could hardly be more central.
