  • The apartment is designed for the holidays, inside everything you need for your relaxation. Nearby you can go for walks, bike, golf, climbing or go swimming just 2 km away, in winter practice skiing or visit the Christmas markets in Trento or Bolzano. Located in the center, close to all services, I am the owner and I live nearby so I will be at your disposal. Great for large families or romantic weekends for couples. We speack English Animals admitted free 1, for additional animals on request.

L accoglienza è stata frettolosa (ci ha accolti la signora delle pulizie) e senza utili informazioni sulla gestione dei rifiuti, tanto che ci siamo ritrovati con l appartamento (solo 2 finestre e senza terrazzo) pieno di immondizia. Il proprietario non era sempre raggiungibile al telefono e non aveva la situazione del suo appartamento sotto controllo perché lontano. Quando è giunto il momento di cucinare una bella denuncia gli è stata risparmiata perché non siamo piantagrane. Le pentole erano sporche da far vomitare e quelle antiaderente erano completamente rovinate. Gliel' abbiamo fatto notare e ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto quanto prima. Dopo 3 giorni ancora niente, così l abbiamo ricontattato la mattina, ottenendo risposta solo la sera dopo avergli inviato un messaggio chiaro sul nostro stato d'animo. Si è rivelato arrogante e incapace e infondo ci ha incaricato di comprargli le pentole, previo accredito sul nostro conto corrente di una cifra per l acquisto. Noi ci siamo rifiutati, infondo era un problema suo e noi eravamo in vacanza, inoltre ci eravamo adattati col poco che c era e acquistando a spese nostre pentole che poi sono tornate a casa con noi. I letti poi sono sprovvisti di coprifedere e copri materasso, cosa per noi importante, specialmente visto il problema covid 19. Per fortuna sappiamo che i proprietari di case per vacanze non sono tutti così in Val di Non perché ci siamo stati molte volte e questa è la prima volta che ci capita uno schifo simile!
