Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. "Hotel was nice and clean, but checkin very difficult - no sign on the street to show where the property was so very difficult to find. When we eventually found it, host seemed surprised to have a guest arrive despite having a booking, struggled a lot with no English. Hosts were apologetic and supportive afterwards which was appreciated. Breakfast ok. "
