"We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues."

"We loved Captiva and the South Seas resort. Unfortunately this unit is lacking “pride of ownership”. There appears to be a remodel done recently but no care was given to the quality of the work. With the bed lacking a foundation and sitting under 2 ft from the floor and the lack of a blanket for the bed, we felt like we were in our son’s college apartment. If this is the only apartment available when you want to be in Captiva, go for it!"
