"Our whole family - grandmother, 3 young kids, parents - loved this house and the experience on North Captiva. The house is well designed for lots of people to have enough space, including a full crib and baby gate which were very helpful. It is nice and open with wonderful bathrooms. We all loved the heated pool and enjoyed it between trips to the beach. Same with billiards and ping pong. Golf carts were a hit with everyone. We will definitely be back whenever we can! "

"We quite enjoyed the 3 nights we spent in Captiva and the condo was great! it had everything we needed and was exactly as depicted in the photos. The owner/manager was very quick to answer any questions I had and very accommodating to my requests. It was pretty chilly while we were there so we did not spend as much time on the beach as we may have, but enjoyed exploring the island on a golf cart one day and took a ferry to Cabbage Key too. The owner/manager was helpful in helping me find good companies to use for both! For anyone visiting in better weather, the proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the views of the sunset were stunning. I would definitely stay here again given my overall experience, including how responsive the owner/manager was."

"We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down."

"The condo was clean and in a good location. Thanks to the owner for making this the only good part of our stay. We spent almost 2,000 for two nights including golf cart rental and were unable to enter any of the restaurants or use the golf course. This is a "South Seas" problem and pretty embarrassing to be told to leave a brand new restaurant because we did not have "wristbands". We were there for a wedding hosted by South Seas and will never stay there again because of their ridiculous policies towards VRBO rentals. We were forced to leave the resort just to get a drink at RC Otters where they actually accept cash and credit cards! South Seas is now considered a joke by all of us who stayed there and none of us will ever return."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The oceanfront setting offered the most fabulous view — truly breathtaking and something we never got tired of. The home itself was thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and ideal for spending quality time together. The location made it easy to enjoy island activities, and everything we wanted to do was close by. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return."
